Open the video in a private browsing window where you are not signed into Facebook. If Facebook asks for access or the post is limited to a group or audience, a public downloader cannot retrieve it.
2. Copy the video or Reel link
Use the Share menu on the specific video or Reel. Avoid copying a profile, feed or group URL because it does not identify one downloadable media item.
3. Choose the output you need
